Hi! My name is Holly and I am the creator of Red Panda Public Relations.
I am currently learning all things Public Relations (aren’t we all?) and I openly suffer from severe Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.
Because of these things, I have realised just how overwhelming PR can seem to those of us who struggle with huge amounts of information and/or social interactions! Therefore, I have decided to create this blog to hopefully break PR down into manageable and mental-health-friendly chunks.
So, on this blog, you will find simple explanations of Public Relations related Words and Phrases, as well as Case Studies in which I attempt to explain PR bit by bit. I have also added some handy Tips and Tricks that have helped me remember my PR skills and mental health techniques so far.
As well as all this, I will be exploring mental health stories in the media and from personal experiences to illustrate the challenges, solutions and other aspects of working in PR with mental illness.
