Hi! My name is Holly and I am the creator of Red Panda Public Relations.

I am currently a Masters student at the University of South Wales, studying the MSc Public Relations. I also openly suffer from severe Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.

Because of these things, I have realised just how overwhelming PR can seem to those of us who struggle with huge amounts of information and/or social interactions! Therefore, I have decided to create this blog to hopefully break PR down into manageable and mental-health-friendly chunks.

So, on this blog, you will find simple explanations of Public Relations related Words and Phrases, as well as Case Studies in which those words and phrases are useful. I have also added some handy Tips and Tricks that have helped me remember my PR skills so far.

As well as this, I will be exploring Mental Health stories in the media and from personal experiences to illustrate the challenges, solutions and other aspects of working in PR with mental illness.

Additionally, I will also be constantly updating my Glossary page, to keep all the words and phrases easily accessible and quickly defined.
